The Truth About Herbalife, Is Herbalife a Scam? Read Review

By Mathew S. Robar

The Company has grown to over a Billion Dollars an is now in 65 Countries, so is it a scam and can you make money.

Mark Hughes Started the company in 1980 before his premature death. Herbalife now boasts a whopping 1.5 million distributors worldwide.

As far as the business structure is concerned, it is a Multi Level Marketing structure. Once your distributor costs are paid, you can begin recruiting people underneath you and throwing parties, many times for your friends and family.

Not a bad start up cost, but its time to get the facts on the compensation. 85% of Herbalife's wealth comes from 1% of the distributors. That would mean that the other 99% of the 1.5 million distributors are fighting to make up that 15%.

The majority of distributors, as in any MLM structure will drop out within 90 days as they will not be able to turn a profit on the small margins on each product.

Also know that herbalife's products are about 30% more expensive than a comprable product in a health store.

So is Herbalife a scam? No. Herbalife is a legitimate company and is spread throughout the world. That being said it still may not be the best money making opportunity for you.

When looking to find a business that is best suited for you, find a product you can get behind, a compensation plan that sets you up to win and a system that encourages mentorship. Without there three key pieces, you will be setting yourself up to fail.

Good Luck - 20767
